Nestled on the shores of Lake Atitlán, this cooperative is dedicated to sustainable and high-quality coffee production. Hand-harvested by Kaqchikel growers in San Lucas Tolimán, each batch undergoes meticulous processing. The cherries are checked for ripeness and sorted to ensure only the best make it to your cup. Dried under the sun for 5-6 days and finished on shade-covered raised beds, this coffee boasts exceptional quality. Savor the delightful notes of brown sugar, tamarind, and stone fruit, complemented by a complex, lingering aftertaste.
