Driven by a lifelong dream to cultivate coffee, Tony spent years gaining experience on various farms before planting his first coffee tree in 1991. Over the next 25 years, his dedication transformed La Colina into a thriving coffee farm, producing exquisite Caturra and Bourbon varieties. With plans to enhance quality further by introducing new varieties and African raised beds for drying, Tony's passion and perseverance shine through in every cup.
