Roxana Quispe Rubio, finca San Francisco

Roxana grew up on a coffee farm deeply tied to her family’s history. In the 1970s, her grandfather worked for a landlord as a sharecropper. After the agricultur- al reform of the 1990s, her parents purchased their own land and founded Finca San Francisco. Roxana and her siblings pursued education and opportunities in Lima, but in 2016, their father’s passing made them question their future in coffee. Determined to honor his legacy, Roxana returned to the farm to apply her agricultural economics degree. Working alongside her siblings, she has helped transform Finca San Francisco into a model for sustainable coffee farming in Peru.

This coffee offers tropical flavors of mango and banana, with vanilla, green tea notes, and a cacao aftertaste.
