Raul produces coffee with his family as a team effort. The possibility of working with specialty coffee motivated his children and wife to move back from the city to the farm, helping to strength- en the family business. With the support of his family, he has developed their Bourbon and Typica cultivars to a new level, experimenting with different fermentation processes.
Flavor notes: Red fruits, dried plum and raisins, and milk chocolate, with a creamy body and bright acidity.
